Colonic Hydrotherapy with Ruth Freeman
Ruth trained as a Colonic hydrotherapist with Anne Lise Miller at The Scottish School of Colonic Hydrotherapy and is a licentiate member of IPCH ( The Institute of Professional Colonic Hydrotherapy). Ruth became interested in Colonic Hydrotherapy after recieving a series of Colonic treatments and noticing the benefits that it had on her health and wellbeing. Ruth is currently studying a Diploma in Nutrition at the College of Natural Nutrition and combines nutritional advice in her colonic sessions.
Ruth also offers Wellbeing Coaching, Reflexology, Massage and Reiki Healing in Kingston on an adhoc basis.
